Our Commitment

ColoringAny respects the intellectual property rights of others. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent local law.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you believe content on ColoringAny infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to choumeng1992@gmail.com that includes all of the following:

   Identification of the copyrighted work

   Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or provide a link to where it can be found.

   Identification of the infringing content

   Provide the URL(s) on ColoringAny where the allegedly infringing content appears.

   Your contact information

   Your full name, email address, and physical address.

   Good faith statement

   A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

   Accuracy statement

   A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

   Signature

   Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process

• •We will review your notice within 5–10 business days.
• •If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content promptly.
• •We will notify the uploader of the removal.
• •The uploader may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was made in error.

Repeat Infringers

ColoringAny has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take this policy seriously and enforce it consistently.

False Notices

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a takedown notice if you are not sure that the content infringes your copyright.
